How we work
- We define scope before we start. Revisions have a number and a place in the process. They aren't open-ended.
- We need one person who can make decisions. A project with five opinions and no judgment doesn't move forward. It moves in circles.
- Design answers a problem. If the problem changes, the design changes. If it doesn't, we keep going.
- We work with few clients at a time. That's deliberate.
